“Great company delivered on time only problem I had was promised £10 discount t per pack tiles and IÕm still waiting for that to be credited to my account”

“Easy online ordering delivery was ok apart from you are told to check for problems while the driver is there which is a bit hard when you have disabilities and the pallets are wood crates then covered in thick plastic ( which is good to protect goods) that I could not see through and would not been able to open so couldn't check. Will have to wait for someone to open it for me and hope there's no damages”

“I found the website easy to use and my order was promptly dealt with. I was very pleased with the quality of the patio slabs (Bradstone). My only grumble was the poor communication around delivery. I received a text indicating between 11 am and 1 pm, heard nothing until approx 3 pm when a text update saying between 4:15 and 6:15. They were delivered at 5:15.”

“The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is delivery-related. With GPS tracking, most companies can give a delivery time to within an hour or less. The time I was given (at 8am) was "approx. 5pm" and it arrived at 11am. Fortunately I had assumed the very late, approximate, time was to cover themselves, and had stayed in anyway! That apart, I could not be more pleased with my paving, the speed and ease of ordering, choice of delivery date, and the speed, helpfulness and efficiency of the customer services team when I had a query. I'd recommend them to anyone!”

“Hard to provide an informative review as the start of the job is still a little time away; the time between order and delivery was short, so that's a +. The delivery itself was fine; the driver was genial and did a good job. The slabs seem to be well packed, and undamaged, but as the job hasn't started yet, the packs remain unopened, so any further comment isn't possible.”

“If you want the widest choice of stone, a good price, efficient service and prompt delivery, look no further than paving superstore. Sheree in particular in customer services is excellent - I don't know how much she is paid, but she deserves a bonus!! Only real problem is delivery - in my case, 2,500 kg of sandstone arrived in an ordinary delivery lorry - all that the driver had to offload the load was a small hand pump truck. Even with two of us, he pulling and me pushing it was a huge struggle to offload the stone. if I hadn't been able to help, he would have had to return to the depot. This needs to be sorted!”

“Quick delivery compared to other suppliers and quite easy to contact on the phone. I ordered a circular patio and my only criticism is that it would have been nice to have one or two extra stones in order to cover breakage. I ended up having to go and find a couple of Indian Sandstone paving stones myself to make up for the damaged ones.”

“Well designed website gave all the info I needed. Ordering was easy - productnarrived in a timely manner. Only thing to lose a star was that we were not informed that the item had been dispatched for delivery or indeed that it had been delivered.”
