I found the website easy to use and my order was promptly dealt with. I was very pleased with the quality of the patio slabs (Bradstone). My only grumble was the poor communication around delivery. I received a text indicating between 11 am and 1 pm, heard nothing until approx 3 pm when a text update saying between 4:15 and 6:15. They were delivered at 5:15.
