“mostly good, but had 3 broken slabs in pack, bit frustrating”

“Well designed website gave all the info I needed. Ordering was easy - productnarrived in a timely manner. Only thing to lose a star was that we were not informed that the item had been dispatched for delivery or indeed that it had been delivered.”

“No real problem. A very good product at a reasonable price and delivered on a compact pallet, that was easy to handle. I wasn't rung by the delivery company to arrange a delivery date as I was led to believe would happen, but not to worry. Just as well we were in when he arrived.”

“Ordering, choice of products and quality of products were all excellent as was the efficiency and promptness of delivery. I would refrain from trying to phone at this time for information as the system can be frustrating. Best to try and contact by email.”

“The product is good. The price is good. The delivery was good. I almost got what I ordered but this is being sorted. There was a delay in providing the order and a regular update would have been appreciated instead of me having to chase it especially when you phone up and are number 9 in the queue. Overall though, I am satisfied.”

“Took a few weeks to deliver and had received no confirmation e mail of purchase, however a short call to the office sorted out the confirmation. Delivery no problem eventually and all the slabs were in good order. Website needs a tweak as found it impossible to register my e mail address due to a current and previous purchase. DidnÕt stop me buying again though.”

“Customer service was very good, the delivery was a bit of a challenge, Delivery should have been from 9 to 5 with a pre warning call, the driver turned up at 7:30am unannounced, he couldnÕt unload with pump truck as the pallets werenÕt standard , so he had to go back to the yard and redeliver, but other than that, happy with the service”

“Just received our patio slabs and they look beautiful, IÕve only given 4/5 because of the delivery, we waited in on Friday and it didnÕt arrive, the depot said it had forgotten to book it in. then today when the van arrived there was no way to get the pallet off the van. Fortunately my husband had a crow bar to break the pallet so we could remove the slabs one by one. The delivery man was nice but not sure what his plan would have been if we were unable to help.”

“Arrived 3 days later than expected, but could have been the couriers fault. Slabs arrived whole but some had big chunks in corners which made it harder to level out when laid,other than that everything was satisfactory.”

“I did ask to be contacted before delivery but this didn't happen. However, luckily I was available by phone at work when delivered and the friendly driver was able to deposit my slabs in a convenient place. All slabs just as advertised with no damage.”

“Really good product and service. Not fast, but that's due to an extended manufacturing leadtime during the pandemic. One item was left off the delivery by the manufacturer, but Paving Superstore were proactive in getting this resolved. Good communication.”
