“The delivery was a couple of days later than originally informed which possibly was due to the aftermath of covid. Purchase was easy and price reasonable, slabs packaged very securely. Will certainly use again.”

“No problem ordering. Needed to chase up delivery date but once I did they were brilliant and confirmed within the day, after chasing the order and liaising with the delivery guys. Excellent product and really good quality. Would recommend.”

“CanÕt fault it really, good stock, good communication and helpful customer service. The only thing why I haven5 scored 5 stars is a little discrepancy on delivery. On main website it says delivery will be done by a truck with tail lift etc including pictures of a typical lorry delivering it. Well, when you get a confirmation email after you have purchased it then it says you should be equipped with unloading equipment/plant due to very heavy load. I have contacted customer service and a proper truck turned up with a tail lift. But this is something it should always be provided...who has a tele-handler or a forklift at home?? so a bit of confusion there but other than that all good thanks”

“Lots of choice and good variety of photos to help. There was a good deal on the patio slabs I wanted which made the decision easy. Delivery was quick once i was called by the delivery company but bit tricky to get them to call me. Lucky my builders were around on the day though as they had to help the delivery guy which I would not have been able to do.”

“We received our delivery on Friday almost 2 weeks after placing the order. It was a surprise as I was expecting it to take around 4 weeks for delivery due to covid . The driver who delivered our slabs was great and went out his way to get the items off the truck and delivered to us in horrible weather. The only negative is that I didn't know the item would be delivered that day luckily I was in but also the slabs had been badly wrapped and unfortunately two of the slabs had broken. It shouldn't stop us from doing the work we planned though.”

“Beautiful Global Stone clay tudor paving bricks that were available and in stock. I'm a diy'er so didn't have off loading facilities so had to pay an extra £120 to have a split pallet. Shame that half pallets aren't available for people like me. Otherwise very pleased with the product and service.”

“Product was good however I found communication with sales counter (by phone) to be extremely frustrating awful wait and not the most helpful once through I bought two pallets of stone only one was delivered poor customer service, second delivery was about a week later by luck I was at home no notification. Happy with product, hard work to get, poor customer service”
