“The paving stones looks absolutely beautiful so much so that we extended the areas that were to be paved and purchased more. Our friends have all passed comment about tha quality of the product. The only fault that I have was delivery I had to contact the company on both occasions to chase the order. However staff were helpful and did sort the deliveries. Covid 19 could of had a impact on delivery”

“Paving Superstore has a vast selection of stones. I selected the Quad Basket. Unfortunately they did not have all the stones but hoped to refill in a couple of weeks. Customer service telephoned me to let me know. She will contact me again Tom see if any of the order may be substituted but in any event she will keep me updated. I am very impressed with the customer service but cannot speak to any other part of the company yet. I will update this review when I take delivery of my stones.”

“Found what we were looking for to renew existing patio . Ordering easy however a day after we ordered we were informed the Paving stone we had selected was out of stock . They offered an alternative which was acceptable. Delivery was efficient . Waiting time quite swift especially during this Covid crisis . Overall very impressed with product and customer service . Would use this company again .”

“The order arrived exactly as described, and is a very good product (slate crazy paving) so would have been 5 stars except that I was not contacted to advise of delivery date. I rang to check (once it was past the original delivery window) and very helpful paving superstore staff checked with the supplier (the paving was delivered direct) and rang back to say it was loaded on a lorry and had left, so would be arriving same day or next, but I should expect a call to make sure someone would be in. The call didn't come, though the paving did. Delivery driver very unconcerned, simply saying if no-one was in he would have called back at another time (at paving superstore's expense!)”

“Good stone at a very good price, however the driver had trouble unloading, and had to leave the pallets blocking the pavement. Perhaps a crane truck would be a better way of delivery.”

“Very accommodating, easy to order over the phone and advised what needed. Delayed delivery of my order for me and when some paving stones arrived damaged sorted out quickly and replacement stones sent out. Highly recommend”

“The paving set was just what we wanted. Unfortunately the pallet on which it was shipped had collapsed and the delivery company had to decant the slabs onto two smaller pallets. When I unpacked the slabs one was broken. However the Paving Superstore dealt with this in a friendly and professional way so I ended up happy”

“Delivery as requested, received paving crated, although there were a couple of breakages within the packaging these were dealt with without a problem and new ones supplied as soon as they were available, in all a good experience.”
