“You were on the Coventry planning web page as reliable, and drawings would be acceptable, the site plan only showed the outline of the school building not the site. If I did something wrong which I'm sure I went back afterwards and tried again then it was not very clear.”

“The website seems easy to use, although every time you draw a plan it adds it to the basket and by not checking it properly I ended up paying for like 5 plans. When I asked for a refund you kept 30% as royalty.”

“I am really grateful to you, a chore of measurement and drawing for my Building Society and the land Registry just to sell off a small piece of my garden to a happy neighbor was replaced with a largely sit down at the dining table and a blue pencil. The red lines showing existing boundaries were added by to the before download. I was so happy to have discovered your wonderful website. Many Thanks, Geoff Berry”

“I put in my own planning application and the plans were all accepted by the Planning Authority, they were quick and easy to setup and I could send them as a pdf. Just so good to use.”

Sorry to hear that. Our plans are lower in price than the vast majority of suppliers. In terms of time to order, we do have a help video and most customers can order in around 2 minutes but we're happy to hear if there are ways we can make it easier for you. Please let us know.

“Like other customers who have posted on this site, I highlighted the areas that I needed to print, paid extra for A3 and not only did the map not contain the areas that I had highlighted, but only 1/2 the A3 was printed on anyway, so no point in paying extra for the A3. Customer service desk offered a refund less 30%, Would never use again!”
