“Plans are great but i think there should be deal/offers for people that buy in bulk within a monthly/yearly period. The more you buy the more you get off, or even something like buy 10 get 1 free. Apart from that great plans, thank you”

“This was probably just an anomoly, but I coud not get access to the location I wanted. You can drag the maps over a bit on each post code setting, but my site was still outside the area covered....very annoying!”

“I needed local Ordnance Survey plans for a Planning Permission application and expected to go shopping for OS maps but our local Council Officers suggested your site. Found the required maps, downloaded .pdf files and printed them out all in under 10 minutes. Great site and reasonable costs, very pleased.”

“I design and build gardens. For unusually shaped gardens, l often down load the plans to check measurements and angles of the boundary, which are tricky to confirm on site. Great service.”

“Had to obtain a site plan to accompany a planning application at short notice - the web site gave me access quickly and provided everything once I had keyed in a post code - paymeny initiated electronically and hey presto there was my plan ! Was able to press on and completet my applications. Now all I have to do is wait (in hope !)”

“Excellent service but could be made easier to find on the Ordnance Survey Site. Had to speak to a third party to find out exactly where to go. Wasted a lot of time searching! Live chat pointed me in the direction of companies who will do drawings, which is not what I needed. Why wasn’t I directed to Buy a plan?”

“The website is simple to use, the maps were easy to download and the price is reasonable. I'm not particularly familiar with the planning process and I would have found it helpful to have a little more guidance of precisely what I needed, but apart from that I can't see much scope for improvement.”
