“Plans are great but i think there should be deal/offers for people that buy in bulk within a monthly/yearly period. The more you buy the more you get off, or even something like buy 10 get 1 free. Apart from that great plans, thank you”

“This was probably just an anomoly, but I coud not get access to the location I wanted. You can drag the maps over a bit on each post code setting, but my site was still outside the area covered....very annoying!”

“The website is simple to use, the maps were easy to download and the price is reasonable. I'm not particularly familiar with the planning process and I would have found it helpful to have a little more guidance of precisely what I needed, but apart from that I can't see much scope for improvement.”

“Second plan bought. Location plan wasn't wholly accurate as showed part of an adjacent premises. Otherwise, very easy to use and never had a problem when submitting to planning depts”

“I needed a plan for land registration and I was able to locate and frame the surrounding area. The drawing of a red line to indicate the site boundary was tricky to use and I was not completely happy about the boundary on one side. I tried to redraw this several times but the final map was not ideal. I would have appreciated the option of redrawing the map but once downloaded this was not available.”

Unfortunately it's not possible to edit the plan after purchase as this would require an additional license as it counts as a different plan which would be of extra cost.

“Quick easy and efficient. I have occasionally encountered problems with sites where due to the shape and/or postcode/numbering arrangements the GIS cuts off a small section on the desired scale with 2HA function. However no issues to complain about.”

“Initial service was excellent and simple, i.e. easy to locate and ease to order. However, the property I needed was incorrectly sized (by several meters). I was also hoping for the plan to be emailed directly to me as opposed to needing to download it. This is because I ordered it via my work laptop, and the download software was blocked.”

“Plan was easy to centre and highlight relevant area. If I had any criticism it would be that the writing at the bottom of the map is in tiny font even though there is 50mm of blank space beneath that could be utilised with making the font bigger and clearer. Downloading and printing the plan was a doddle.”
