“I needed a plan, and you had it. However, I had to do extensive editing of the plan, which was not easy, as the boundaries on the plan you supplied were inadequate/incorrect for planning purposes. For this reason, I would not buy again.”

“The plan was not correct. The lay-out of the drive entrance, which now serves another house as well, was changed many years ago. Your plan is out of date.”

“Every time we have to buy an Ordnance Survey plan we have pay far more than it should cost. All these sites are a license to print money, but that's the only way to get through the hoops towards obtaining planning permission.”
