“Like other customers who have posted on this site, I highlighted the areas that I needed to print, paid extra for A3 and not only did the map not contain the areas that I had highlighted, but only 1/2 the A3 was printed on anyway, so no point in paying extra for the A3. Customer service desk offered a refund less 30%, Would never use again!”

“It was quick and easy to use. There was a discount if you bought a site as well as a block plan and the rates are very competitive with the Local Authority rates that I used to buy.”

“Web site promised it was fully approved but it turned out it was not and apparently it says this buried down in small print. If it's not, it should tell you up front. What a hassle it caused.”
