“Quick and reasonable price.......however, the pump arrived with no pulley! All other suppliers spoken with, then and since, include pulley. When I rang, I heard a voice in the background say... 'He didn't ask for the pulley. If he had, I would've sent it!' This meant an extra two days delay on the repair and I had to pay the supplier another £10 for the carriage, though they sent the pulley at no extra charge. Disappointing.”

“Although they tried to help me with my parts i got one price. i paid for them two days later got a call saying sorry the item you wanted was damaged. They returned my money straight away but sadly no parts. Have used them before and they always seem to find the part and service is really good.”

“They sent the off side rear headlight rather than the near side rear headlight I ordered - meaning I could not use my car for 2 more days. They then gifted me the off side headlight to make up. They were quickly and easily available on the phone and the decision to send the correct light was made quickly and in a friendly fashion. AMH.”

“The product was a window glass. When asked whether it was complete with the bonded clips; the reply was that it was 'as taken out of the car'. Not quite the answer and a picture would have helped considerably. Allowed collection by a third party, reasonably priced.”

“Many of the companies claimed that they had the part required,but only found a couple that did.Do not go near the company based in Rochdale,they sent the wrong part ,so I posted it back.Despite several phone calls I am still waiting for a refund for the part and postage,they claim that they have repaid it,liars.”

“The service online was good, but I was notified on the 25th May 2016 that my part had been despatched, I called the supplier on the 31st to say my part hasn't arrived, I was told to wait till the 1st if this still hasn't arrived they would send another out, the part had not arrived on the 2nd, I called again and another part is being sent for a fast delivery for today, I have a mechinic this morning to fix this part, if it comes in time, otherwise I will have to get him back another day.”
