“Not the fault of the Supplier but item did not arrive on date promised which caused some problems. Also, there was no Invoice with the package which was required for insurance purposes.”

“I initially received the wrong item and had to return it. Correct item was sent and is now fitted and working fine. Very happy. My only issue was that the return postage costs were not automatically refunded. It was left to me to decide if I wanted the refund. As I felt I was being petty I decided to leave it. Minor issue but can only give 4 stars.”

“I had no problem with Parts Gateway but the supplying company sent completely the wrong part . How they thought a door weatherseal could be less than a metre long defeats me.”

“It took 2 goes to get the correct item I required. Supplier one sent the item very quickly but was not the requested item,i have since returned the item and I am still awaiting a refund.Supplier 2 sent the correct item even though it took a while to receive it.”
