“I ordered a starter motor through PARTSGATEWAY i have used this company in the past, the company i chose on their website was just fords. i paid by debit card and and the part was delivered three days later, i took the starter motor to my local garage, he phoned me later to say that the motor didn't work, so i phoned just fords to let them know the part was faulty. he asked me to pay for the part to be sent back?? i told him that he should pay the postage, he agreed to send me a pre-paid sticker. After 5 days of waiting i decided to ring them, i left him a message stating that he should reimburse me the money and he could pick the motor up from my house. He never replied so about a week later i emailed partsgateway to let them know what had happened, within hours just fords contacted me and the following day the money was put back in my account. i don't blame partsgateway,but it is reassuring that if you do have problems they will intervene and sort the problem out. And that is why i gave them a 5 star rating.”

“I was really pleased with the service I received but although I gave my Corsa as being a 2016 vehicle and I did give my number plate as being BD65OPY I think I received the wing mirror that was the version before my car so not the latest model. Although I have not had it installed I hope it will be acceptable.”

“I was after a motor for a rear wiper blade. Parts Gateway put me in touch with a number of possible suppliers within minutes and I made my choice. The supplier I chose were also very good; the part is fitted and working. The whole process was both quick and easy.”
