Parts arrived on time, but were delivered to Post Office. Unable to open and check as indicated as P O will not accept them back if opened. Seems like a strange instruction. If you do not trust your delivery method - use another courier. Otherwise, just waiting for part to be fitted.

Parts Gateway was very quick to supply quotations from garages. Unfortunately I tried to purchase parts for my Mercedes B class (sat nav), through Silverlake. Although they were very quick sending the first part, unfortunately it was the wrong part. Having discussions with their very pleasant young lady, they thought they had the part I wanted, for which we agreed a price. Which was due out to me by Tuesday/Wednesday the next week. I rang back that following Friday to be told that they had tried to ring me, that they did not have the part. They have repaid the money back onto my card, which I will have to wait for, but disappointed because they should have checked they had the part before taking my money. They are also arranging to collect the first wrong part then refund my money for that part.

Bad experience for the first time using PartsGateway, they sent me wrong part and when I already typed in my car registration number. Ive sent email to them never heard anything back. Wasted my money for nothing.
