“The bolt holding hinge together was missing,I used bolt from the old hinge but discovered the threads in new one had been damaged so bolt had just been thrown away,also the roller on hinge spring will not turn but hopefully I will be able to sort it. For £66 it was not a good deal.”

“The part was fine and fitted to the car. However when the driver delivered the part he refused to wait while I check the part! The company that sold the part instructed that I had to check the part for any faults while the driver was there? This is not for the customer to deal with!”
