“Many thanks to the efficiency of ParkGateway Ltd organisation in directing me to the knowledgable and helpful John at DA Motors in Essex. Daughter in Oldham emailed me in Harrogate on Wednesday, to say that the rear axle beam on her Fiat Panda had broken. Credit to the ParkGateways, DA Motors and Paul at the garage in Diggle, she was able to collect her car on Monday. Amazing!”

“I'm waiting on a refund which hasn't he sent n I've been waiting over a week now , my glass smashed before it got delivered, please can this refund be paid quickly I’ve spoken to a guy in the phone n he said it should be paid , but has not”

“I applied to PartsGateway for a part for my SAAB 93 within a few hours I had a response from one off the suppliers. It was quick and easy to set up an account. Wait for replies and chose the supplier. They give good advise on how to order and pay. I would definitely use PartsGateway again”

“Parts not sent and had to chase to get the part sent out. Somehow it was “missed” even though an email was sent confirming dispatch. Then when item was finally sent out it was the wrong part. Process took a week instead of 1-2 days. Dreadful and will never use again.”
