“parts sourced very quickly, smaller parts received within two days but unfortunately the largest part ( a front bumper ) has not been delivered yet. Telephone calls tell me it is on its way and should have been delivered today, nothing came. Couriers appear to have problems with deliveries in our region.”

“I ordered a parking sensor from JagRar and I supplied a photo of exactly what I needed. A sensor arrived and was the wrong type. It was visually different. I contacted the seller who said they would exchange for the correct part once I had returned the other one. I paid £4.55p to return it. I was then told they didn't have the correct part and was refunded. I sent the receipt for return postage, but was not refunded for this. Very disappointed!”

“I've always had a good response from Parts Gateway. The moment I put out a search, the responses come back pretty much in less than two hours. It's the sellers, however, I have a problem with. It took many phone calls to get one to send through some pictures of the part. Another, despite two to three calls, never sent the pics. In the end, I got the part on ebay. The pics had already been uploaded, the response was fast. Maybe Parts Gateway could change the format a little so that sellers have to upload pictures of the parts when they respond to the enquiries. It helps save time and gives the buyer the assurance that comes with knowing the condition the part is in.”

“Very happy with my recent purchase. Based on my cars reg I got exactly the part I needed. Arrived after a few days, and I must say it was well packaged, meaning no chance of it being damaged in transit! Well Done, would recommend 100%”
