“Your immediate links to potential suppliers was terrific. I was able to buy the part from Fellside who were equally efficient and nice to deal with. Unfortunately, the part has not yet arrived due to DHL in Germany addressing it to a Commune eight miles away - despite my own address being clearly stated in the documentation. I hope to have sorted that out yesterday at my local post office so it might come later today. Other than that problem - beyond anyone's control - if I need any more bits I'll definitely come back. The V40 Estate (2003) turned 379,000Kms yesterday and still goes like a dream - 52 miles per diesel gallon. I recently did 2300Kms over two days - with Autoroute tolls at €190!”

“Very swift efficient delivery. Unfortunately the part supplied was of appalling quality. The part broke upon fitting, by an experienced mechanic, cheap plastic and not what I had hoped for. Very, very disappointed and annoyed!”
