“I have used PG once before and really like the idea and the setup. On this occasion, however, the part that I got didn't function correctly and had to be "bodged" together with another part to make it work. No harm done, but it did cost me an extra £30. Having said that, it was still about £50 cheaper than a new part from Kia!”

“My search for an alternator for my van was supported well by Parts Gateway, and I found a seller called Johnsons Vauxhall Spares, who provided my with a very reasonable alternator, HOWEVER..... I received the alternator and took it to my local garage who upon opening the packaging , they discovered the alternator was SEIZED UP.... not what I really wanted. Now I have to send it back dissatisfied, and trust that Johnsons Vauxhall Spares will refund my for my packaging and give me a refund... watch this space .. Although I am happy with Parts Gateway, I have NO confidence in Johnsons Vauxhall Spares any more.”

“Although the first item I received was too long, too broad, a quick phone call and within a week a replacement arrived and the unwanted item picked up. So all in all, I am very pleased with the company. In fact there is several more items I will require for the old VW which I will no doubt be sourcing in the next couple of months.”
