“Parts gateway initially did ok, giving me a quote from Silverlake Garage in Southampton for a used headlamp, which I followed up and paid them and received an email a few days later from Parts Gateway saying it had been dispatched, but after three days I contacted Silverlake who said the headlamp turned out to be broken so they couldn't supply one and didn't know why I had received a dispatch notification. I then had to ask them to refund my payment! Not very good!”

“The dismantlers recommended was very poor in handling my complaint. Wrong bumper sent, expected me to pay return carriage which I refused because it was the fault was theirs. I emailed and phoned also sent prove of part originally ordered and got no response.”
