“An easy-to-use website when searching for components. Slightly longer delivery time than quoted and amount of packing within a larger box than required. Minor point,but half-filled recycle bin.”

“As the part did not arrive within the promised time (2/3 days). I missed my slot at the body shop and was unable to get the work done prior to going on holiday. I was most unhappy with your service and would not recommend you to anyone. I still have the part wrapped and have had to store it like that in my little apartment until I can get the work done in just over a week - 28th June - so the part hasn’t been inspected. I can’t do that - the body shop needs to do it - I am too old at 77!”

“Ordered & paid for a part. Had message day later to say part not available?? Phoned for refund as i had to order from another company. Was told I didn't receive message from them although message is still on my phone and WAS from parts gateway. Person on phone basically said I was lying. Very rude I thought.”
