“Having emailed partsgateway about the packaging used and the possible condition of the parts required, I was assured that condition would be tip top. On arrival, the lamp cluster was packed ok. The lamp itself was not so good, the body of the unit was cracked and two of the lens clips/lugs were broken, (tip top ) certainly not. It also says that you have to sign for the package as damaged in the small print as no claim would be entertained, the driver had no provision on his handset to enable that request. Strange don't you think ?”

“I was at my wits end searching for parts for my 17 year old Fiat. How I found the Gateway, I have no idea lol. Anyhow, I uploaded details of my car, and the parts that my mechanic needed to repair my clutch cable. Then you wait, as companies search for the parts. Then I got a message from a guy in Wickford, Essex. He asked me to ring him. He knew precisely what I needed, and arranged to post them to me. Great Guy and Great Service. Thank You Mr. Wickford.”

“I wad able to get good quotes for the part I needed and bought after speaking directly to a supplier. I kept getting quotes after closing the request so had to delete.”

“Ordered a parcel shelf for my new to me Peugeot 107 that came without one. Looking on the usual sites (ebay) they were too expensive with added postage. As I only paid £52 for product and postage and this makes me happy!”
