“The item was as expected. The one thing that could be improved is the shipping window. I ordered on a Thursday and expected it the next business day according to the confirmation, however it didn’t arrive until Tuesday. I think you just need to be more realistic.”

“Part arrived 1 week after purchase but it arrived in good condition and was correct fitting. There was no fixings included so I had to source additional but was no bother. All in all I am happy with the product.”

“Part arrived by parcel post (Royal Mail). Postman handed the box to us - no signature or electronic pad. Asked him to wait until we opened it to check for damage as per instructions info when ordering. He said " Open it if ye want" then ran off. Anyway part was okay. Ordering was no problem.Would use PGL again. Many thanks.”

“Bumper arrived in good time and was in the condition as described and shown in the photo's. The only thing that annoyed me was l got charged an extra £45 for postage after l had already paid £15 for it.”
