“The item arrived promptly, but the packaging was soggy cardboard and the electrical item within was wet. There was no delivery note or paperwork of any kind included in the package. When I checked the email correspondance to see how to get in touch with the seller, I noticed a disclaimer saying that returns are not possible once the buyer has signed for the package, and recommending that people ask the delivery driver to wait while they open the package and examine the contents. I can just imagine the driver's reaction if I had tried that! Luckily the item, once dried out, did work and there was no need to fight over returning it. I did email with another query and had no reply, I managed to work it out for myself but was not impressed at the lack of response. Personally I would not order from these people again, they were the cheapest but I would rather pay a little more for some actual customer service.”
