“Choice and quality of plants is good as well the associated support/communication. The area to watch is costs but I haven't done a detailed study of the competition.”

Just to mention, many of our plants are more mature, with a larger range of bigger sizes and these do take longer to grow. We are very competitively priced for this quality and size of stocks. “I have ordered many plants from you and most are hardy and still looking healthy and good. Two disappointments were the red Ragu Rose which flowered beautifully and then developed a problem..with bugs and died completely. the Eucalyptus looked so lovely but i may not have watered enough at first and then it was too late and the tree died. Your delivery prices can be a lot of extra money to find...but most of your plants are doing well.”

“We were very happy with the service provided by Paramount Plants. We bought a large golden bamboo which was delivered on time and when we had a later issue it was dealt with efficiently and promptly. The bamboo is flourishing and very attractive. Thank you”

“The first plant we ordered from Paramount arrived in very poor condition and in dry soil, we complained to Paramount and without any hesitation they apologised and said they would send a new plant to us within a week, great customer service, but the experience has put me off ordering plants online.”
