“The escallonia arrived in great condition and I planted them -12-on the next day. A week later they are showing signs of growth and I am sure they will all be happy”

“Because of the extreme conditions, I was so pleased to get my plant, because of the growth of the plant I found some of the branches were damaged because of the packaging I have had to cut a few branches otherwise the plant is very healthy hope it survives the trimming, have not planted it yet because it is too cold keep it well watered in our porch no heating but plenty of light”

“Great contact from Paramount Plants regarding delivery time. Plant was delivered early in said day, with a call for delivery driver beforehand. Our Japanese maple was the size we were expecting and in healthy condition. Will order from here again !”

“Good quality tree that has burst into bud within a week, easy to order - my only criticism was that I received no warning on delivery - good job we were in’”

“Responsiveness and service have been very good - my plants were delivered to the correct location on the day agreed, which was a month or so after delivery was arranged. Unfortunately one plant appears to have been badly frosted with only two out of 13 stems undamaged and 10 out of 11 completely blackened (and also very poorly repotted with a crumbly and limp root ball in two parts). I will, however, monitor the plant's progress and if it does not recover Paramount have said that they will replace it. This seems to be a sensible outcome.”

“Bought 100 ilex crenata, plants arrived early in the day fantastic hoping to get them In the ground straight away , but they were packed on there sides soil so dry most of it had fell out so might as well have been bare root . Stood all plants upright in there crates and plunged them into water for a few hours and then had to re pot them all, I've been nursing them ever since, they are tough plants thank goodness they do look well considering just waiting for new growth before I plant them in there final position , time will tell.”
