“My order for 2 Kolkwitzia amabilis plants was easily placed online, there was a short delay while the nursery waited for delivery of the plants from the grower, delivery was then promptly made and the plants arrived in excellent condition.”

“Delivery was offered earlier than expected which was a nice bonus!. Delivery was to curb side only. Had to use own trolley to move tree approx 8ft up alley where it could be stored safely. Delivery driver not very talkative or welcoming, just very matter of fact, not a lot of interaction. On the plus side the tree appears to be a lovely healthy specimen. We have planted our cherry laurel and it appears to be doing fine. Good value for money!”

“there was an issues with one of the plants, but when it was brought to Paramount‘s attention they promptly and very helpfully dealt with the matter and sorted things out”

“A good experience but it would be more helpful if you could say am or pm delivery instead of waiting in all day . Other companies manage this .”

Thanks so much for taking your time to review our service. Your delivery was made by our trusted couriers (due to your distance from us). We arrange hundreds of deliveries each week and if sent by couriers they base the cost of delivery on an 8am-6pm timeslot for delivery. The couriers do sometimes have an option to give an AM or PM delivery which is a service we can offer upon request (at extra cost) but this is not always possible to all postcodes so this is not possible to advertise online. Or the couriers will also deliver in your absence if you confirm this is acceptable. From our emails I can see my colleague discussed the delivery day ( and advised the timing of 8am-6pm with you ) and booked the date requested by you confirming 8am-6pm which he understood was acceptable to you. I apologise if there was any misunderstanding as he understood the date/timing was acceptable. We appreciate these courier timings are a little inflexible and we are always working on better options for our customers but our main concern is getting the best couriers to deliver the plants safely and efficiently and these particular couriers are the best option for the most efficient service. “I recently bought some conifers from Paramount Plants which were delivered promptly. I had a problem with a couple of the trees but this was sorted out immediately. I will definitely use the company again and would recommend.”

“Thank you for my delivery and for replacing one of the plants late in with an upgraded version. Unfortunately, I only noticed after I had them planted, that the lilac is not the one I ordered. Oh well, it's planted now and, hopefully, it will also look good.”

“the plant arrived when you said it would in good condition so that was great , it leans to one side a bit which is not great as when you spend nearly £200 on a plant you expect it to be perfect ! I will try to support it but for some reason the Gardiner says it may not work”

“The standard Hydrangea was a lovely plant in full flower. My only criticism is that there was no e mail to tell me of a delivery day and time as promised and the plant was not left out of sight in the porch but just left for all to see in my front garden. I was out all day so it was lucky it didn't go missing!!!”

Thanks again for your feedback and review. As advised it does appear at our end that we sent confirmation of delivery date (in accordance with our usual practice) by email to you prior to the delivery. Regarding the instructions on delivery I have spoken personally to the driver Livio this afternoon who is one of our most experienced drivers. Livio advised me that he made a judgment call when he arrived that the plant tucked in amongst other plants where he thought it would be the safest ( rather than on the porch where the plant would be more conspicuous ). I am sorry that this was not in accordance with your instructions - usually the drivers make the correct decision on arrival and I hope it didn't cause you too much inconvenience that he decided on a different spot to leave the plant which was a metre or so from the porch / front door I believe.
