“Plants delivered as expected on strong pallets and well wrapped. Plants look strong and healthy Some plants are rooted balled as advertised, most have large rootball but a few are with very little root Plants could not be immediately planted due to flooding”

Hi Peter Thanks for your review, make sure you keep the rootballs moist until you're able to plant them, you should have received by email our guide for how to look after and plant rootballs? “Decent sized plant delivery very good, slightly odd shape to what I was expecting but now in the ground hopefully will start sprouting green leaves soon and look a better shape Overall pleased with the tree received”

“Plant healthy , service good Packaging poor, Substantial £130 Acer tree came in cardboard packaging with NO indication that it was a living thing or which way up or fragile. Compost was VERY dry and the pot had tilted in the box and spilled out of the container , leaving the box toppling over when delivered .”

“Ordered 28 Thuja Smaragd although the plants are good I was a little disappointed on the height, would have been great if the majority of them were closer to the 2m mark rather than 1.7m. The bamboo I could not fault, perfectly healthy great looking plant with the height I wanted. Would have been a very good if it wasn't for the slight disappointment.”

“We were concerned about delivery as the company had the tree for a long time before we received it, but it arrived and looked fine, it is now planted and we cannot wait to see leaves on it this spring, hopefully we will enjoy it for many years”

“Trees bought were ideal, in good condition and of the height specified. However I have not given a "very good" rating for the following reasons: 1. Delivered by one driver. Fortunately we have a large drive he could pull onto as he simply rolled the trees off the side of his truck. If we had a normal drive or any kind of obstructed frontage he would not have been able to offload without mechanical assistance. 2. Tree rootball was very dry. Thank you Paramount Plants. PJ”

“Although the plants were out of stock when ordered I was kept informed as to the hopeful delivery date. When the plants came into stock they were delivered promptly. Although, would have been good to have communication regarding delivery day as was not at home when delivery made. All in all pleased with service.”

I have checked your order on our system and I can see that we sent your delivery email on 17-12-2019 at 16:38:02, to notify you that delivery was scheduled for the 19th December between 8-6pm - I am sorry if you didn't see the email. “There were a couple of delays in getting my tree to me. However, the central office staff were extremely helpful and kept me full informed and when it was delivered, the driver did an exceptional job of assisting me with unloading and moving the tree. The tree itself was a very good specimen and I have no complants at all. If not for the delays I would have given the maximum score in my rating. I will certainly use Paramount again.”

“I bought a Himalayan honeysuckle 100-120cm. Paramount Plants sells it taller than those available in other retailers. Although the plant didn't have a very good aspect on arrival due to a transportation problem, communications with Peter have resolved the issue to my satisfaction in a friendly and efficient way. The plant has survived its ordeal and appears to be thriving.”
