“Brilliant service and very competitive price, much cheaper than our local garden centres. They always respond quickly to enquiries and are super helpful. Only minor criticism is that delivery charges are quite high at £60 but not too bad and we're already planning our next order!”

“The plants took longer than expected but the communication was great and one of the reasons was that they would not send poor quality out and wanted to ensure that a new supplier who had better plants would then supply them. Very helpful and high quality.”

“My pleached hornbeams arrived in perfect condition just slightly past the 3 week time frame. They are beautiful! Now we just need them to flourish. The customer care team were delayed in their responses but this was through the lockdown period. Delivery guy was really knowledgable and helpful as was the email with the planting info on. I would recommend this company”

“The plants were very nice quality, and well packaged so that they arrived in good condition. Paramount had to replace the buxus that I ordered with a smaller plant as they did not have what I ordered in stock. Delivery was also slow - 4 weeks from initial order, although that may have been related to the Corona virus, but I was kept informed.”

“I have to say a little disappointed as you state "Customer service is very important to us". Great at replying by email before I placed the order. I received an email with a delivery date, which I tried to change as it was not convenient. Sent three emails to two different email addresses but didn't hear anything back. I had to pull someone off another job and pay them to sit around all day to accept the delivery. I understand the current situation but this isn't great customer services!!!”

“I bought at Paramount after a recommendation. Bad surprise when I got the plants. The 2 pots were not in good shape, loads of yellow leaves and loads even fell on the hallway. When I took the plants to the terrasse we reallised that they totally outgrown the plastic pots, no more soil left, only roots. The roots were laking space hence the bamboos had so many yellow leaves. Got in touch with customer service to complain who asked for pictures that I sent. Since then they never came back to me. Poor service and bad products.”

“It’s always a bit nerve-racking to purchase products sight unseen via the internet but I’m glad to say that Paramount Plants were a delight to deal with. OK there was a slight delivery hiccup due to the corona virus crisis but not in anyway Paramount’s fault and Charlie kept us informed of progress. The plants ordered (Cercidiphyllum Japonicum 4 metre tree & Ceanothus Concha) were in good condition, healthy, well watered and undamaged on receipt. Would have no hesitation recommending Paramount and will use again in the future.”

“We had to contact paramount to ask where our delivery was after the expected date had lapsed. I think our order was lost! It finally arrived after chasing several times poor service.”
