“The pleached trees were in good condition and we were very pleased. It’s always risky buying unseen items on the internet. The downside was that the roots were pot bound so were very difficult to release from the pots. The video was very helpful. I advise getting POW humus from Paramount. We couldn’t get it anywhere else.”

“I ordered 5 pleached Quercia ilex trees from paramount and they were delivered a couple of weeks later. My only slight criticism would be that they are different levels of “ bushiness” but I guess that’s to be expected. They all look healthy and are doing well so far. Very happy with the trees and the service .”

“The Yew tree supplied was just right in height & condition.I was surprised no one contacted me on the ETA(am/pmof the tree despite leaving 3 messages. I can only think that the Nursery wasn’t staffed & this was mainly due to COVID, but it would have helped me enormously.”

“Extremely helpful staff assisted from earliest stage looking at photo of my garden and helping with options. Also helping add another couple of items later to the order and including in same delivery. Very well informed about the plants and advising me on that, I asked several questions and all were answered quickly and no trouble. The one disappointment was that the plants were delivered in a low loader and I think had rolled about a bit and some of the branches were broken so one of the trees in particular now has quite a narrow canopy. I am hoping that it won't take long to recover and with Spring growth will broaden out nicely but but it was a shame to receive a tree with snapped branches. Holding them in one place better in transportation could perhaps have avoided this.”

“I bought a plant as a gift to be delivered to a family member. It looks from the photo I received from the happy recipient that it had a ribbon bow tied around the stem, which was an unexpected but lovely touch by Paramount Plants. Both parties delighted!”
