“I bought 8 Thuja Smaragd rootball trees which were needed in something of a hurry, they arranged a convenient time for them to be collected, good quality specimens as usual and answered my question about staking them when olanting very quickly. I have returned to Paramount many times because the quality of the plants have always been good. Thank you Joe for being so accommodating.”

“Great tree, service and delivery all as promised thanks. Tree was in good condition and appears healthy. Not sure about the girth measurements provided across the website though as they seem misleading (delivered tree clearly not close to 10-12cm)”

“Took a long time before delivery, but the driver was very helpful getting the tree to my back garden and actually into the hole that had been dug. The tree is good quality and well protected with a large bamboo cane supporting it. I added the tree supports too to keep it stable for now. Lots of other plants also all good!”

“My order was for 2 x quercus ilex 3m tall. Delivery was within the indicated period, day and time - so all good there. The specimens were as expected from photos already seen,. They came in 20 litre pots and my only comment is that I would have preferred that size (age) of tree to have been re-potted into a 50 litre pot a goodly while back. This would encourage a more certain and speedy adaption when planted out to their permanent site.”

“Paramount have a good range of attractive plants. My camellia arrived well packaged and in good order. There was an issue with delivery in that in that it took several weeks to arrive. Paramount communicated reasonably, blaming delays caused by Brexit and Covid. I hadn't realised that the plant was grown in the EU.”

“Hefty delivery charge - £95 to be exact!! But we needed 3x 5 ft hedging plants delivered. The plants are beautiful, arrived well packaged and we got them in the ground no problem. The delivery man was lovely, he helped me into the back garden on the pallet, he couldn't have been more helpful. The plants are doing nicely, taking to their new environment. Plants were good value, the score was slightly taken down buy the delivery charge but overall I would buy from Paramount again.”

“Plants arrived in good condition and in the expected large pots. The packaging was super protective. We are happy with our products. They arrived after 3 weeks but we were kept updated of progress. Would happily use their services again.”

“Trees are as described. Delivery to the gate, therefore quite heavy to barrow up the garden, but to be expected. All in all mission accomplished.”

“The pleached trees were in good condition and we were very pleased. It’s always risky buying unseen items on the internet. The downside was that the roots were pot bound so were very difficult to release from the pots. The video was very helpful. I advise getting POW humus from Paramount. We couldn’t get it anywhere else.”

“I ordered 5 pleached Quercia ilex trees from paramount and they were delivered a couple of weeks later. My only slight criticism would be that they are different levels of “ bushiness” but I guess that’s to be expected. They all look healthy and are doing well so far. Very happy with the trees and the service .”

“The Yew tree supplied was just right in height & condition.I was surprised no one contacted me on the ETA(am/pmof the tree despite leaving 3 messages. I can only think that the Nursery wasn’t staffed & this was mainly due to COVID, but it would have helped me enormously.”
