“It arrived on time and in good condition. It is just that I was hoping for something more bushy and less upright. I have others I have bought locally and they are more horizontal.”

“Plants look good, hard to say if they will take until the spring. Bought lots from paramount in the past and all have been good. Delivery driver was a bit grumpy this time which was the only negative.”

“Excellent communication following our order. The delivery was perfect. The videos they sent for guidance on planting of the trees were also really helpful. Our trees are currently dormant so its difficult to tell exactly how they will look (hence the 4 stars rather than 5) but so far, so good! We would definitely order from Paramount Plants again.”

“I was pleased with the Berberis "Red Rocket" I ordered. It was reduced from £50 to £30. For a mature plant in a heavy 10 litre pot, that was good value. The plant was healthy, had a good shape & had obviously been well looked after. It was well packaged & arrived undamaged.”

“A healthy Cornus Kousa in a generally good condition. However it was delivered a few days later than agreed, and also the lead branch had been broken in the packaging process. Thank you”

“Service and delivery was excellent. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that I’ve only had the plant a couple of weeks. Everything is ok so far but spring will be the best review. Plant looked healthy and well transported.”

“I have bought quite a few mature trees from Paramount. All very satisfactory, if a trifle expensive!! But if you can afford the prices, you will not be dissatisfied with the product. Your investment is in the years gained: my last purchase (again, not cheap) arrived; it was probably 12 to 15 feet in height! Much effort to plant it and secure against high winds, but oh, the joy that it will bring as early as next Spring!”

“The quality and variety of the plants was excellent, and I'm very happy with the tree I bought, which looks full and healthy. The organisation and customer service, however, do leave something to be desired. They are impossible to get hold of (no one answers the phone), and take quite a while to reply to emails, even after an admin error on their part caused significant concern by stating the wrong delivery address the day before it was due to be delivered! When they did reply they were friendly, but it's too difficult to get hold of them.”

“Happy to say the delivery was on time and the delivery chap was very pleasant. As for the tree, it was a little smaller than expected, but it seems in reasonable condition, and is now planted in the garden. As with all plants it is hard to say until the spring how it is doing.”

“The plant was delivered within two weeks of order. Paramount Plants kept me informed by email about the delivery. The plant was very well packaged and looked in good condition, although the leaves were a lot sparser than I had expected. It was very expensive for what it is. I have put it in some JI no. 2 with a bit of bonemeal and hope it will thicken up.”

“I purchased a large choisya aztec pearl in a 25 litre pot. It arrived to my door very well packed and in perfect condition with the roots fully reaching the edges and bottom of the pot without being pot bound in any way. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the only reason for not giving 5* is that this website infected my computer with a philshing bug other that that highly recommended for top quality large shrub.”
