“Service was very good, I got my order wrong first of all but called them and all sorted in minutes, great customer service. I also thought I would wait at least a month for my mature conifers but arrived in a couple of weeks, a very happy customer.”

“VERY NICE TREE ,SORRY TO SAY ONE OF THE FONDS FELL OFF AT THE WEEKEND,WE HOPE THE OTHER ONES WILL BE OK.WE HAVE SENT YOU A PHOTO OF OUR GARDEN. JUST ONE OTHER THOUGHT,WE THINK WHEN YOU HAVE SOMETHING OF THAT SIZE THERE SHOULD BE TWO MEN ON THE VAN.HE HAD QUITE A JOB GETTING IT OFF THE LORRY.”

“So far so good, plants arrived in good condition and after planting no bad results. Unfortunately the cost of home delivery is quite high and restrict me of ordering more”

“Couldn't be more pleased..Due to the lockdown, visits to the garden centre were off limits. Gardening online was a new experience for me...didn't know what to expect... But all went well...Plant arrived in great condition, and is now happily thriving in garden.”

“This is the second time I’ve bought from paramount and both times the plants have been healthy and a good size for the amount I paid. The online experience was good, and the only criticism was the time it took to get a delivery date confirmation from the initial order - I would have liked an estimate of how long it would be before the plants were due to be dispatched”

“4 out 5 plants where perfect one had bottom half of pot with no aggregate, and roots exposed to air, planted and looks good at present. I've not mentioned this to you, and you wouldn't of known with out planting. Good communication and service.”

“The plant was of excellent quality. It did take a long time to get them to send it and chased it up my side. Delivery service was poor as they dropped it over the gate. I wrote to Paramount Gardens about what had happened and no reply, seems to be an Organisational Service problem.”
