“The quality and variety of the plants was excellent, and I'm very happy with the tree I bought, which looks full and healthy. The organisation and customer service, however, do leave something to be desired. They are impossible to get hold of (no one answers the phone), and take quite a while to reply to emails, even after an admin error on their part caused significant concern by stating the wrong delivery address the day before it was due to be delivered! When they did reply they were friendly, but it's too difficult to get hold of them.”

“Happy to say the delivery was on time and the delivery chap was very pleasant. As for the tree, it was a little smaller than expected, but it seems in reasonable condition, and is now planted in the garden. As with all plants it is hard to say until the spring how it is doing.”

“The plant was delivered within two weeks of order. Paramount Plants kept me informed by email about the delivery. The plant was very well packaged and looked in good condition, although the leaves were a lot sparser than I had expected. It was very expensive for what it is. I have put it in some JI no. 2 with a bit of bonemeal and hope it will thicken up.”

“I purchased a large choisya aztec pearl in a 25 litre pot. It arrived to my door very well packed and in perfect condition with the roots fully reaching the edges and bottom of the pot without being pot bound in any way. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the only reason for not giving 5* is that this website infected my computer with a philshing bug other that that highly recommended for top quality large shrub.”

“My experience of working with nurseries is limited but Paramount have always delivered my orders on time, and as requested. They aren't great at responding to emails and I don't think that they are particularly cheap but I would use them again.”

“With these days of free postage and next day delivery the prospect of ten working days stretching to a fortnight with two weekends and a hefty delevery charge is a bit disappointing. However we are talking mature container grown trees here not a packet of seeds. We naught this tree as a present to our grandson and his wife who live 6 hours drive away. We expected but did not get an e mail advising imminent delevery so we could not warn them to be in. However it was delivered safely and left as instructed. They sent a photograph and we could see and they agreed it was a fine tree in excellent condition. There were no cultural instructions and the short message we attached was not found. Everyone is satisfied with the purchase . Regards Barbara Johnson.”

“I was impressed by the packaging for my plants; enough to ensure tha they did not get damaged in trasnit but not over done and sufficient to stop them drying out enroute in the 35C temperatures that we were experiencing at the time of dispatch.”
