“Thank you for my delivery and for replacing one of the plants late in with an upgraded version. Unfortunately, I only noticed after I had them planted, that the lilac is not the one I ordered. Oh well, it's planted now and, hopefully, it will also look good.”

“the plant arrived when you said it would in good condition so that was great , it leans to one side a bit which is not great as when you spend nearly £200 on a plant you expect it to be perfect ! I will try to support it but for some reason the Gardiner says it may not work”

“We have dealt with Paramount Plants on a number of occasions and have always been delighted with the quality of tree/ plant as well as the amazing service they have offered. So often today when you purchase a mature tree you tend to get something at the smaller end of the range of what you have bought. Not with PP- I have always received trees right at the larger end of the range. I have also been very impressed that when a bare root tree failed they have been happy to replace this with no grumbling at all. Overall they are an excellent, honest company to deal with and having already bought in excess of 20 trees from them, will happily continue to purchase from them in the future!”
