“Plants very dry- drier than usual. Delivering very early morning on Bank Holiday Saturday was appalling when there were no workmen there to move the trees safely inside the property. It left the elderly client having to move them from the side of the country lane down a steep slope. I was away for the Bank holiday week end out of signal & didn’t receive your delivery time scale. Thanks for your feedback Marion. As per our previous email to you in relation to this matter we are again very sorry for any upset caused by your failure to receive our delivery date email due to the unexpected electricity failure in your area. In future, as advised in our email dated 30th August, we are happy to liaise with your clients and/or their builders regarding delivery dates and / or avoid specific dates if this information is given to us by email (or in the comments section of our website at the checkout when purchasing plants) this will be received by all team members who will assist with specific delivery dates for example avoiding weekend or bank holiday deliveries/ only deliver when builders present / call before delivery and so on. We were not informed that the delivery wasn't convenient at the weekend / bank holiday otherwise we wouldn't have delivered on that date. Is there anything further we can assist in regards to the delivery of the plants you received from us? We did immediately email to respond to these queries on the 30th August but have yet to receive a response. If we can provide any further information or assistance please let us know. “Excellent service as usual from Paramount Plants. My plants were delivered on time and in excellent condition, very healthy and exactly as described and shown in the images on their website. On top of that I received faultless customer care from all involved with my orders. As well as faultless service when I needed to return one part of my order because unforeseen concrete footings in my garden prevented some planting. Many thanks.”

“Great quality plants and good service. Unfortunately, my standard hydrangea panniculata Limelight branches snapped in the wind once in bloom as the flower heads were too heavy for the young plant”

“The first plant we ordered from Paramount arrived in very poor condition and in dry soil, we complained to Paramount and without any hesitation they apologised and said they would send a new plant to us within a week, great customer service, but the experience has put me off ordering plants online.”
