“Although not close by (south London) we are very happy with the Acuba Japonica which we have received. We have bought before and the quality of the plant is good and the buying experience was faultless with close touch kept with us about delivery which arrived on schedule.”

“This was my 2nd delivery of plants from Paramount. The Website is absolutely brilliant as there are images of all the plants at the noted sizes. Such a great tool when you are spending a lot of money on established plants/trees. Will definitely purchase again.”

“The standard Hydrangea was a lovely plant in full flower. My only criticism is that there was no e mail to tell me of a delivery day and time as promised and the plant was not left out of sight in the porch but just left for all to see in my front garden. I was out all day so it was lucky it didn't go missing!!!”

Thanks again for your feedback and review. As advised it does appear at our end that we sent confirmation of delivery date (in accordance with our usual practice) by email to you prior to the delivery. Regarding the instructions on delivery I have spoken personally to the driver Livio this afternoon who is one of our most experienced drivers. Livio advised me that he made a judgment call when he arrived that the plant tucked in amongst other plants where he thought it would be the safest ( rather than on the porch where the plant would be more conspicuous ). I am sorry that this was not in accordance with your instructions - usually the drivers make the correct decision on arrival and I hope it didn't cause you too much inconvenience that he decided on a different spot to leave the plant which was a metre or so from the porch / front door I believe. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions. Kind regards Karen

“Ordered an olive shrub, osmanthus burkwoodii, abelia grandiflora - all lovely, mature shrubs in big pots. Also had an ilex crenata pom-pom - so cute and taking pride of place in a large terracotta pot in our newly paved back yard. Only small problem was delivery was in a 20 tonne truck and our lanes are very narrow. Best to specify small truck if you also have limited access. Good, friendly service. Would buy again.”

“Excellent service, quality plants and competitive prices. Very pleased. Was slight hiccup with delivery as I never received the delivery date email so I missed the first delivery but Paramount sorted a new delivery a couple of days later and even recommended some one to plant for us. Will definitely purchase from again.”
