Communication very poor. Arranged a delivery date only to find trees had been delivered on a different date when no one was in and just left leaning against my house on an open drive way that anyone could have taken. Not the best way to deliver some expensive items. Trees not really like images on website either.Good luck

The plant was good but they had told me I could postpone delivery until I had seen a photo and given the go ahead but they just delivered it. Worked out okay but made the process a bit stressful and wasn’t the device offered.

Delivery erratic - we requested Thursday, were allocated Wednesday but in fact delivered late Tuesday evening. Both trees healthy, one was a very good shape, the other one was not one I would have chosen.

Plants as one would expect for the price. Delivery is an issue as it seems there is no choice as to the day it will be booked for and ParamountPlants say the courier will not provide any smaller time window than 8am to 6pm. Not helpful.

The order was acknowledged quickly, and we were kept informed about the delivery. The plant (an acer palmatum deshojo), when it arrived, was well-wrapped and of good quality and health. The only slight disappointment was that it took over a month to come and so did not arrive in time for the birthday for which it was intended.

I got conflicting delivery times, which was irritating. It was only when I e mailed that lo the tree had come in! What a coincidence!! The rootball was massive and in solid clay. I think customers should be advised of the size and weight. It took 4 of us to manhandle the tree into the hole.

Bamboo was bushy and arrived safely, and the driver was very helpful. However, I was very disappointed that the bamboo height overall was only 160 cm, apart from only 3 very thin shoots, that took it to 178 cm. At this price, I expected at least 175 cm overall - the minimum quoted by you. Pics with measuring tape available!

Thanks very much for your feedback and we are so sorry to hear about the bamboo wasn't bushy. We do send in our deliveries and feedback emails a request that a photo is sent to us within 3 days of delivery of any damaged or unacceptable plants in order that we can give further advice (in the rare circumstance of any issue ) . We do not appear to have received a photo yet so I will ask our customer services to contact you to discuss this issue with you. The shrubs arrived with 6 brunches snapped half length... but otherwise healthy looking plants with healthy roots.

We ordered a 100cm Jasminum Humile Revolutum and a 50-60cm Passiflora Constance Elliot. The order/delivery experience was fine. The jasmine is doing fine so far but the passiflora died after a couple of weeks, despite being planted in a sunny sheltered location against a fence, with plenty of compost, and where we already have another passiflora thriving.

I have marked this Amelanchier as acceptable however it lost all its leaves. The leaves were marked with brown spots. I will say that there seems to be a lot of buds on so I am hoping that in the spring the leaves will sprout. I have been watering very regularly. If the plant does not thrive in the spring next year I will come back to Paramount Plants. Kirsten Austin

Plants very dry- drier than usual. Delivering very early morning on Bank Holiday Saturday was appalling when there were no workmen there to move the trees safely inside the property. It left the elderly client having to move them from the side of the country lane down a steep slope. I was away for the Bank holiday week end out of signal & didn’t receive your delivery time scale. Thanks for your feedback Marion. As per our previous email to you in relation to this matter we are again very sorry for any upset caused by your failure to receive our delivery date email due to the unexpected electricity failure in your area. In future, as advised in our email dated 30th August, we are happy to liaise with your clients and/or their builders regarding delivery dates and / or avoid specific dates if this information is given to us by email (or in the comments section of our website at the checkout when purchasing plants) this will be received by all team members who will assist with specific delivery dates for example avoiding weekend or bank holiday deliveries/ only deliver when builders present / call before delivery and so on. We were not informed that the delivery wasn't convenient at the weekend / bank holiday otherwise we wouldn't have delivered on that date. Is there anything further we can assist in regards to the delivery of the plants you received from us? We did immediately email to respond to these queries on the 30th August but have yet to receive a response. If we can provide any further information or assistance please let us know. The pots the plants came in were all broken and there was a trail of soil everywhere, I had no choice but to repot, annoying.

I received excellent advice on the phone and the plant was efficiently and courteously delivered at the correct time, BUT I was disappointed in the quality of the plant. It was a large multi-stem tree which looked like it had spent too long in the pot! There were weeds growing on the top and it needed a good water and feed.
