Plants very dry- drier than usual.
Delivering very early morning on Bank Holiday Saturday was appalling when there were no workmen there to move the trees safely inside the property.
It left the elderly client having to move them from the side of the country lane down a steep slope.
I was away for the Bank holiday week end out of signal & didn’t receive your delivery time scale.
We are not impressed.
