The company seams efficiently managed. Trees arrived to schedule. The driver wasn’t particularly courteous which was made worse as he was driving their liveried lorry. The trees themselves were tall specimens and expensive for us. When unwrapped I would say that I wasn’t stunned by the quality. They looked like they had been stood rootballed for a long length of time as the hessian wrap was green with algae. The wrapping of the branches had damaged some of the stems and branches. Our hope is though that they will recover but I am not sure they will. We did soak them for the three days prior to planting as they were very dry. And leaves were falling. Only after that did I see the mention in an email about reporting any issues within three days. Overall saddened at the condition of the trees.

For the price paid I’m disappointed in the size and the root ball of the plant provided, it met the minimum size at an absolute push. Lesson learnt

Three large Firethorns delivered on time, with the plants in a good condition. No product issues. Only 3 star rating given due to what I consider to be excessive carriage costs and a long 3 week delivery window. In this age of next day delivery, it at least needs to be the same week. Otherwise, plants are good, thank you!

Took weeks to come and the sizes were variable. I don’t understand why the garden centre is still closed. It would be so much easier to go and choose them and bring them back the same day.

Plant received was OK - I appreciate its not been the best weather this past month. long grass 'weeds' growing from top of pot did not create a great first impression. Hoping to see this plant thrive once the weather picks up.

Initially all seemed OK, but after planting the 10 trees, one was clearly not we'd ordered. I emailed & sent photos. Waiting back to hear about delivery of the correct tree. Seems very odd that 9 trees were correct. However, being in our 70s and 50 yards to our back garden, to dig up the wrong tree which means lifting it out of the hole (we put it in as concerned it would die otherwise) - not an easy task at our ages. It clearly states items are only delivered to front of property, but in this instance, help from a delivery person would be appreciated as this issue is not our fault.

The information I received was informative and the delivery arrived on time with a very helpful driver. However, the magnolia does seem a bit stressed. I've had the tree for nine days and it went into the ground the day after it arrived, with blood fish and bone in the base of the hole as you recommended. There were some yellow leaves and some that were already dead. Some seemed to have holes in them too. I contacted you about it and have been advised to keep it watered - it did seem a bit dry when it arrived. The tree is just what I wanted, blocking the view of new houses built at the bottom of my garden, so I hope it revives.

My rose, when it did finally arrive, was excellent. However, achieving this result was a catalogue of errors - from ordering and being told at the last minute that it wasn't available and being offered an irrelevant alternative; to complaining and being told it was actually available; to the wrong rose then being delivered; to another complaint leading to prompt action saying the right rose would be delivered on a specific date; to a delivery notification saying a different date; to final delivery on that second date, after making plans around the first date. So ... super plants, super delivery standard (so it should be for £60), but a lot of unnecessary confusion and errors. Would hesitate to order from Paramount again, as a result.

The plant I ordered is okay. Its alive, arrived well protected, but it was poorly pruned, and so branches at odd angles. I wouldn't have chosen this specimen at a garden center.

Ordered 2 plants took longer then expected for delivery but im ok with that. But one plant was in a box way too big for it which meant it bounced around on delivery and turned up looking like it had been thrown around. Slight damage but im hoping it will recover. 2nd plant fine.

The tree had been wrapped in a net so tightly that it has developed a strange tilt that hasn’t corrected once opened for a week. Tree looks like good quality but I wish they hadn’t treated it such that it has a permanent bend.

The end of the story is that Paramount (via Michael who was very helpful) found my plants which had been delivered to a neighbour (apparently, but not on either side of me) but four days passed whilst this was sorted out. Luckily my tree was in good condition, has now been planted and is looking good. The stake I ordered was never delivered and I had to buy another from local garden centre. Not pleased with loss and delay but pleased with help given and quality of plants.

The plants arrived well packed. I found the hellobore’s were acceptable but not quite the size I expected. Although these plants were on offer they were expensive compared to what I saw was available at our local garden centres. They were not an offer as such. Very expensive plants! As I had not been out and about I thought the plants must have been good value for money. Alas this was not the case and I will not be ordering any more plants.

Healthy tree . I w pleased with the delivery although the label was missing . But over all the driver helped my husband with the tree as he is in his eighties and was very kind and polite .

Product 90 litre potted tree. Lovely tree as described. No warning of delivery date. Lucky we was at home. Tree dumped on the outskirts of my property. I emailed day after I placed order to ask if I was able to add to my delivery as paid £60 delivery fee and hought I would benefit by adding additional plants, I didn't get a response. I felt like my business was not important.
