Thought delivery charge expensive. Have planted in garden waiting, but a little worried they are going to take As there was a delay in delivering, so arrived looking rather sad. Only time will tell, fingers crossed really too early to recommend.

The initial service from the sales associate on making a selection was great. Just don't expect a quick turnaround from order to delivery as there is no guarantee that what is shown in the site as available is actually in stock. This was not clear to me on placing my order. First, one plant I ordered needed a size switch (totally fine). A few days later I was notified they were waiting on stock for another item, with a vague ETA. 7 days later I was alerted they were still awaiting stock. 5 days later (after I sent an inquiry), I was told the stock they were waiting for did not meet quality standards. I asked them to send what they have and refund the rest, which they did as I needed to do planting before it was too late. I finally got my deliver another 8 days later. While I understand the circumstances of COVID and stock shortages, the process could be clearer upon ordering that the process takes a few weeks start to fulfilment given their business model. You are also not able to choose a delivery day or time window, so you just have to hope that you can make yourself available for the slot you are given.

Delivery took longer than advised but when the plants arrived we were very pleased. The offer price I think was about right compared to other places. The only thing that was a shame was that I ordered 3 to create a screen and whereas 2 were the same in height and spread, 1 looked smaller so they weren’t equal in size. These are the only 2 reasons why we haven’t given 5 stars. The customer service when enquiring about delivery times was quick and they answered our questions fine.

The 3 plants arrived all very healthy looking. However the Ceanothus has since taken a turn for the worse as it has been shedding its leave quite drastically. I was told to keep the plants well watered but when checking further on line it appears that this could be a bit of an issue for this particular plant so i have reduced the frequency. The other two plants appear to be ok. Hopefully the Ceanothus will be strong enough to return to its former health. Kind regards Richard

The plants were very nice quality, and well packaged so that they arrived in good condition. Paramount had to replace the buxus that I ordered with a smaller plant as they did not have what I ordered in stock. Delivery was also slow - 4 weeks from initial order, although that may have been related to the Corona virus, but I was kept informed.

Plants great. Customer service poor. Delivery driver left my female partner to move 5 large plants Cling filmed together down 2 streets!

The trees were understandably wrapped on arrival, but they had obviously been wrapped for some time and a good proportion (more than half) of the leaves had been attacked by insects in the wrapping. They have been bedded in for 3 weeks and appear to have taken well.

The tree arrived well packaged and structurally intact. However, it did look a little worse for wear with leaves turning brown/autumnal and bracts rather shrivelled. There will be no proper ‘show’ this year. I put all this down to the very hot and dry weather we had in May. The plant has gone in well and looks healthy enough so I am reasonably content and look forward to next years show!

Plants were very dry and wilted. A couple were packaged together and had a number of broken stems. Wouldn’t use again. I did complain and was offered a £20 voucher. Postage was £20 and considering I wasn’t happy the voucher is as good as worthless

I was disappointed receiving these. I was hoping it would made a big difference but these plants were tiny and thin. I will never buy again. Things like these happen In a pandemic event so I consoled myself with this fact

Plants it ordered were not available after it ordered them ,after chasing up i was offered an alternative . Lead time to get them was quiet long and trees were not very full in terms of volume

Its nuts, I wanted free delivery so I kept adding plants into my basket but everytime I did the delivery charge went up! There should be an amount where you get free delivery. In the end I just went for the one item as there was no incentive to order more. However I have plants before from Paramount and they were excellent.

Tree seems fine, but was disappointed with delivery process after order Paid £98 for delivery which was a lot more expensive than other places but delivery stated 10 days After purchess we was informed it can take longer, ended up been 20 days, only time we got updates was after we emailed and asked Seems once we had paid the customer service ended

I did not order any plants but I did order an insecticide called 'XenTari ' which I found very effective in the past against box Caterpillar. It came in a tiny Box which would easily fit through a regular letter box. I was amazed to be charged so much for delivery £9.99 and did question this at the time. I was answered by email and told that I could come and pick it up instead. A silly answer considering we were in the middle of lock down and you are closed to the public and about 10 miles away. When it arrived It came in an enormous cardboard box at least 10 times the size of the packaged product and was delivered by road. I use this product XenTari because it is kind to the environment, therefore I don't mind that it is an expensive product but to pay such a large amount for a non ecological delivery service is counter productive so I will not be using your company again.

When the plant arrived it had suffered some damage in transit (broken stems etc.) however it still looked pretty good after trimming it up and everything else I have ordered from Paramount has been really fantastic...a small blip and probably due to the couriers. Will still be buying from Paramount in future.

For the price the Christmas Box was a lot smaller than I had expected, though at least the roots were established in the pot - just about!
