“I bought at Paramount after a recommendation. Bad surprise when I got the plants. The 2 pots were not in good shape, loads of yellow leaves and loads even fell on the hallway. When I took the plants to the terrasse we reallised that they totally outgrown the plastic pots, no more soil left, only roots. The roots were laking space hence the bamboos had so many yellow leaves. Got in touch with customer service to complain who asked for pictures that I sent. Since then they never came back to me. Poor service and bad products.”

“It’s always a bit nerve-racking to purchase products sight unseen via the internet but I’m glad to say that Paramount Plants were a delight to deal with. OK there was a slight delivery hiccup due to the corona virus crisis but not in anyway Paramount’s fault and Charlie kept us informed of progress. The plants ordered (Cercidiphyllum Japonicum 4 metre tree & Ceanothus Concha) were in good condition, healthy, well watered and undamaged on receipt. Would have no hesitation recommending Paramount and will use again in the future.”

“We had to contact paramount to ask where our delivery was after the expected date had lapsed. I think our order was lost! It finally arrived after chasing several times poor service.”

“Paramount plants kept me in touch about when my plant was arriving. However when it arrived it was damaged and I had to re pot this. I paid a lot of money for delivery and was disappointed. I did inform Paramount of this issue but did not get a reply.”

“The trees were understandably wrapped on arrival, but they had obviously been wrapped for some time and a good proportion (more than half) of the leaves had been attacked by insects in the wrapping. They have been bedded in for 3 weeks and appear to have taken well.”

“I bought a Tree Fern......Paramount Plants were very patient with my enquires.... after all when you make a purchase like a Tree Fern, you hope to have it many years... the specimen was first class and it was exactly the size I needed.....I have dealt with them before and I would definitely deal with them again.”

“Excellent communication throughout the purchasing process. Our Ficus Carica has quickly adapted to its move from sunny Italy (according to its plant passport) and you can almost watch it grow. As anticipated a nice healthy specimen.”

“Excellent service with quick delivery. I used the stakes to support a semi mature Viburnum Burkwoodii and they are nice an even, strong and strange to say seem to enhance this young shrub as it is being established.”
