“The plant was good but they had told me I could postpone delivery until I had seen a photo and given the go ahead but they just delivered it. Worked out okay but made the process a bit stressful and wasn’t the device offered.”

“The problem with buying trees from a web site is that you may not get items that look like the picture. I purchased trees stated at a particular height and they were but more importantly, were very bushy and in very good condition.”

“I was very pleased generally with the quality of the plants, the advice given and the delivery service although there were four plants missing from the first batch so we had to ask for a return visit. I made the mistake of ordering all the plants separately on the website, rather than pressing the add button, which meant that I was charged for multiple deliveries rather than the one. But the sales team were very understanding and I was reimbursed. This review covers all the plants and not just the Photinia, so I won’t be doing any more. It took over a month to deliver the plants at my request. They were kept in stock until we were ready. I would certainly recommend this company.”

“My laurel plants all arrived in excellent condition. They were all healthy good strong plants . They are settling well in their new home , and already providing me with the hedge that I want . The customer service was first class . I would not hesitate to use again.”

“Plants are excellent quality with a substantial root ball. Well packed in a wooden crate. Good delivery service considering these came to Cheshire from Enfield. Very pleased with our purchase and Paramount’s customer service.”

“I placed the order which unfortunately was out of stock. But Paramount kept me well informed as to when they would be receiving the item and then when delivery was going to be. The item was received in a well packaged box and the plant was very healthy.”
