“Good service. Plant had a few dry leaves on arrival and appeared to have been dry for a few days, but was in general good health and perked up soon with regular watering.”

“The tree arrived well packaged and structurally intact. However, it did look a little worse for wear with leaves turning brown/autumnal and bracts rather shrivelled. There will be no proper ‘show’ this year. I put all this down to the very hot and dry weather we had in May. The plant has gone in well and looks healthy enough so I am reasonably content and look forward to next years show!”

“Very disappointed how the cryptomeria appears to be dying after only 2 weeks. This was not a cheap purchase. You say it will recover but I will have to wait until the end of August to find out. Not at all happy.”

“Plants were very dry and wilted. A couple were packaged together and had a number of broken stems. Wouldn’t use again. I did complain and was offered a £20 voucher. Postage was £20 and considering I wasn’t happy the voucher is as good as worthless”

“Received the plants in good time especially given the pandemic situation! The communication regarding delivery was great throughout. Plants were as expected and in a very good healthy condition. They've been planted about a month now and continue to remain healthy and are flourishing nicely. Very happy with our purchase which is always a worry when you order over the internet having not seen the items in person, never sure what you might get! I would use this company again and recommend them.”
