“Very disappointed how the cryptomeria appears to be dying after only 2 weeks. This was not a cheap purchase. You say it will recover but I will have to wait until the end of August to find out. Not at all happy.”

“Plants were very dry and wilted. A couple were packaged together and had a number of broken stems. Wouldn’t use again. I did complain and was offered a £20 voucher. Postage was £20 and considering I wasn’t happy the voucher is as good as worthless”

“Received the plants in good time especially given the pandemic situation! The communication regarding delivery was great throughout. Plants were as expected and in a very good healthy condition. They've been planted about a month now and continue to remain healthy and are flourishing nicely. Very happy with our purchase which is always a worry when you order over the internet having not seen the items in person, never sure what you might get! I would use this company again and recommend them.”

“I was disappointed receiving these. I was hoping it would made a big difference but these plants were tiny and thin. I will never buy again. Things like these happen In a pandemic event so I consoled myself with this fact”

“Great guidance and practical advice from Svend! Trees arrived protected on Flat back truck and were lifted over the hedge with the assistance on the driver and his HIAB arm! The trees are in great condition and my wife said “wow they look like should always have been there” thanks paramount, you know how to treat customers! Cheers....Mick”

“We were delighted to receive a curb side delivery from Paramount, enabling us to keep busy in our garden during this surreal Lockdown time. The Phormium was stunning and has created the statement piece we wanted in our garden. We will continue to use Paramount, very happy with the quality and service. I love being in our garden now.”
