I have to say a little disappointed as you state "Customer service is very important to us".
Great at replying by email before I placed the order. I received an email with a delivery date, which I tried to change as it was not convenient. Sent three emails to two different email addresses but didn't hear anything back. I had to pull someone off another job and pay them to sit around all day to accept the delivery. I understand the current situation but this isn't great customer services!!!
