“Our trees were delivered safely on by your very helpful delivery man and we are very pleased with them. They are larger than we dared to hope and planted in their new home and with regular watering, are looking very healthy. Excellent value for quality items.”

“I ordered a magnolia tree and prunus as a birthday gift in May. Plants were timely delivered during the lockdown in a good condition and with postcard. Great services, definitely recommended!”

“Great selection of plants. Friendly interaction with staff online/emails. Delivery time wasn‘t too fast but ok. Delivery driver was very friendly and helpful. After sales service is responsive and helpful too. I would therefore definitely recommend and buy there again - even though its not a cheap place”

“I bought four Ligustrum half standard trees at £92 each, annoyingly I could have got them cheaper a week earlier when discounted but hesitated. That said the price was around about the going rate anyway and finding four of similar size in a garden centre would be difficult. I placed my order during COVID lockdown so garden centres weren’t open anyway and the trees did take a while to arrived but that was to be expected. I was notified when they were due for delivery and they arrived secure on a pallet looking superb, even the delivery driver commented on how nice they were. They are now planted and look fabulous in my back garden and are just what I wanted. When ready I won’t hesitate to order some more for my front garden. First class service that I will recommend to anyone.”

“The Magnolia tree had shriveled leaves and other ones had been eaten by possibly a Caterpillar . I was totally embarrassed as it was a present when it was taken out of box.”

“Much smaller sized plants were sent than I ordered. No option given to replace the plants, but a cost difference was eventually refunded. Poor communication and customer service resulted in me nearly not receiving my refund. The small plants were of a reasonable quality, but I have at least an extra season to wait for them to reach the required height now, which is inconvenient. I wouldn’t have enough confidence in the service to use Paramount Plants again.”
