“Received a rather lovely magnolia Loebneri 'Leonard Messel' from Paramount Plants, a good size, healthy and with an excellent shape. However, the tree had two tags, one label for Magnolia loebneri 'Leonard Messel' and the other for 'Magnolia loebneri 'Merrill' so I do not know which variety I have. The tree was delivered to the door but we had no forewarning of its size and weight and no help to move or plant it.”

“The updates, package of the plant and delivery were great. The plant arrived in good condition and healthy As have only recently planted the shrub I cannot comment on how well it will take and grow yet hence the four starts”

“The trees are ok. finally starting to straighten. unfortunately the delivery man felt it necessary to drop the trees over my gate resting them on their heads. I would suggest they had been upside down for some time as the bottom of the box had dropped out due to the wet soil. I confronted the man who told me in no uncertain manner that they would be fine. Dont use Fedex is my advice.”

“Despite the COVID delays, Paramount was very good at communicating delays and even alternative plants to cut the time it would take to get my item. However they didn't communicate that the plant that was sent was smaller than the one ordered (different range) and I had to make a claim for this. Ultimately I got a partial refund but other than this, I would recommend Paramount.”

“My pleached hornbeams arrived in perfect condition just slightly past the 3 week time frame. They are beautiful! Now we just need them to flourish. The customer care team were delayed in their responses but this was through the lockdown period. Delivery guy was really knowledgable and helpful as was the email with the planting info on. I would recommend this company”

“Great selection of plants. Friendly interaction with staff online/emails. Delivery time wasn‘t too fast but ok. Delivery driver was very friendly and helpful. After sales service is responsive and helpful too. I would therefore definitely recommend and buy there again - even though its not a cheap place”

“I was amazed when the plant arrived, the box was nearly as tall as me, on opening I found my plant sitting at the bottom and was happy that it looked healthy. It has been planted and is doing well, so very pleased with the plant and the service.”

“Good service. Plant had a few dry leaves on arrival and appeared to have been dry for a few days, but was in general good health and perked up soon with regular watering.”

“I ordered a particular wisteria from paramount plants, the plant was delivered within a reasonable time scale, considering the pressure everyone is under during lockdown, however I had some concerns whether it was actually the correct plant, but after contacting Karen at paramount and being reassured that if it isn't the correct plant they would replace it next year after it flowers and we can tell if it is the right one. So many thanks.”

“Delivered when they said they would. Tree looked just like the picture and looked healthy. So am very pleased . Would have given 5 stars but for a mix up with delivery day for second tree. I had to email twice before getting a reply. That said I will use again as tree just what I wanted.”
