Terrible experience, book never arrived ruining a special birthday gift. Poor customer service with no idea of when it might arrive and no thought to give discount to make up for what had happened. I’ve used CEWE to make it instead, much better than Papier

I wasn't happy with the service i received. My order came incorrect and a replacement was seent a week later which meant I was delayed in giving my clients their wedding album. This looked really bad on me as a business. I'm unhappy with my experience.

Do not use - unreliable Do not use! Spent time making a special gift for my father in laws 70th, paid £8.50 for Saturday recorded delivery - I saw it hadn’t dispatched so contacted only to be told it hasn’t sent, and won’t know when it sends!!! So I’ve been left with no gift to give him. I was about to make more gifts but certainly will not be using this company. Such poor and inappropriate customer service response - the best they can do is refund the postage (lucky me!) or cancel the order. Cheers then! Things go wrong in business but it’s how you deal with it and treat the customer after - and clearly they couldn’t care less.

Still wating on my product. It has been three weeks and nothing. I was told to wait another week and then they would move forward with discussing a refund or another option.

I ordered place cards and escort cards for my wedding a month ahead of time. After the shipment didn't arrive on time (still two weeks before the wedding), I contacted Papier to let them know. They told me to wait 3 more days to see if the package showed up, and assured me that if it didn't, they could still rush the order so that I could receive it before I had to travel to my wedding destination. I was very clear about exactly what date I needed it by. When the package still didn't show after 3 days, I contacted them immediately to ship a replacement package. They informed me that, now, they could no longer get it to me before I left for the wedding--and would instead try to ship it to my venue. As a result, I am receiving 150 escort cards and place cards the night before my wedding at my hotel, which I will then have to organize and sort the morning of the wedding. This is assuming the cards actually show up--if not, I'll just be plain out of luck I guess.

I was super excited to order a photobook for my partners birthday and when it arrived I was extremely dissappointed. I ended up buying a different birthday gift as I was embarassed giving them the book as a gift due to the poor quality. Firstly, the front cover image was slanted and then the image quality of all of the photos were super grainy. I was surprised since all of the images in the book were taken on a DSLR and not a phone. I reached out to customer service about my faulty photobook and was not very happy with their response. I will not be buying from Papier in the future.

I ordered a customised diary for my business. A couple of weeks later I received an email stating their printers had issues (absolutely fine, these things happen) and they would deliver next day as soon as said issue was fixed. It’s now been 2 months and there has been no sign of the diary. I have spoken with customer service who apparently re-placed the order and it should have come this week. Still no sign of the diary. I am really disappointed as I really loved their journals and was going to order a few as Christmas presents for staff (and they aren’t exactly cheap). Just feels like a scam.

I’m sorry to say that I was so disappointed by the diary I ordered. Having googled for an A4 diary - this company popped up. I ordered one and it came as an A5. It doesn’t state the size of any diary unless you click on each one, scroll down and then click on size. I admit I should have looked more carefully but also the photo i used of my dog was bound on the diary but as the top of the picture folds over the top of the book it chopped the top of his head off. What a great waste of shy of £30 and a less than satisfactory response from Papier. Hopeless.

Terrible delivery service (and customer service help). Hadn't received my diary by the estimated date, and courier tracking hadn't been updated since the day it was "sent". Contacted customer service and was told to wait another week and get back in contact then - it's now been a month since I've ordered the diary and still no updates! Then contacted the courier and they've said they've not yet received the parcel.

Useless customer service. Terrible experience with my order. Avoid them at all cost. Generic customer service responses totally unrelated to my order or queries. My one ordered turned up in 4 different orders over a 3 week period. They claimed printing issues....for highlighters and pens. Utterly terrible, then to top it off I'm getting a barrage of emails and marketing emails from them. Just leave me alone.

This does mean in one order you may see a split shipment, but I can see all shipments have now been delivered. I have only had my academic planner for 3 months and it is already falling a part. I got the spiral version because I like to fold the pages back. The coil keeping it together is so flimsy that the back cover has already fallen off. I use my planner everyday and it was supposed to last me until the end of the school year next May. Now I will have to purchase another one at the start of the year. I am very disappointed.

Although Papier came at the recommendation of the bride-to-be, we were extremely disappointed in the quality of the production (even after they placed a re-order of the invitations). The initial Sage Border Rehearsal Dinner invitations were printed on the premium card stock paper. The Sage border was uneven around all four sides of the invitation and the basic template relative to the page set up and font appeared to be too small for the size of the page. We contacted Papier Support and worked with Nicole who was understanding and immediately initiated a reorder. Upon receipt of the second order, we could only use half of the invitations because there was a black ink smudge on 10 of the 20 invitations. Initially, we ordered a vellum wrap from another vendor so we were able to wrap the invitations and disguise the flaws of the product. The poor quality and the lack of attention to minor details looked as if the invitation was printed by an inexperienced team. In my opinion, Papier's quality control team needs to be focused on developing a visual experienced product line. I will not use Papier again as source for any speciality orders in the future.

Stationery looks beautiful on screen, however, I’ve never actually received it. I reached out after my first personalised diary hadn’t been delivered for Papier to decide they’d reprint and resend. However, I’ve not received the second one either. The customer support that I’ve spoken to have been lovely and polite but I’m without a diary and they’ve had to print 2. Papier have put Royal Mail at fault saying it’s something to do with scanning the parcel incorrectly, but Royal Mail say they’re still expecting the parcels.

I asked for 15 name place settings to be printed urgently due to a very time sensitive wedding of a terminally ill patient. All I was asking was for a postal date of 1 day sooner than they advertised and they replied there was nothing they could do to help. I was asking for a 3 working day turnaround as opposed to a 4 “ I’m afraid we need to allow up to 4 working days for printing prior to dispatch as all products are made on demand. We are unable to speed up this process due to the nature of our printers work flow” I just cannot believe that there was nothing they could do, they were simply unwilling

Pages on the are so thin that even the printing from the manufacturer shows through the flip page. Ink bleeds right through the page, making the planner unusable.
