I ordered a lovely planner as a gift but did not have it personalized (unintentionally). After receiving it I realized my error. This planner was not used, damaged or personalized. The company refused to allow me to return it stating because it is an item that can be customized, even tho it wasn’t, it can’t be returned.

Shocking service. Ordered two photo calendars (with express delivery) on 15 Dec which were due to arrive by 19 Dec. Chased Papier when I had no shipping information which ended in DPD and Papier blaming each other and me without my Christmas gifts. At no point did Papier look into the issue or try to help me get these before Christmas and I believe they were never actually dispatched. Have since re-ordered elsewhere. Avoid!

Bought a diary last year and it was perfect so i a 2025 diary for this year. The drop in quality was immediately noticeable. Covers are paper thin, and the inner pages very poor quality in terms of thickness. Won’t be returning!

I purchased the 2024 Advent Calendar for myself this year. While the box and packaging were lovely, that’s where it ended. Overall, the items were extremely disappointing. For instance, it included 11 bookmarks/placeholders (one large single, one pack of six minis, one pack of four paper), six pens (three metal, three plastic) and a pack of the most tiny and useless sticky notes. If the items did total the $250, the items were grossly overpriced.

I received my photo book that I got made for dad for Christmas and it was completely ripped… I told customer service about this and even uploaded photos and they only offered me 20% back which I still haven’t received. It’s absolutely disgusting as I can not gift this and now I will have no present. I will never be ordering from this company again especially with their customer service if it was my company and I shipped a book that was clearly ripped down the spine I would offer a full refund not 20%.

I’m still waiting for my order after I paid for the express shipping of close to $49 and said it was to be delivered by 18 Dec.. still waiting, nothing on the tracking, have emailed support and still nothing. These were gifts hence why I paid the extra for express shipping. Says it has Australian shipping from Australian to max 7 days it should have taken and it’s been nearly 4 weeks if not more.

Super disappointed in this company. Faced multiple issues with delays and upon receiving one of the books, my girlfriend opened up the journal and it was printed upside and backwards. Sadly it was a Christmas gift she really wanted and unfortunately they are now out of stock. The quality of the book it great but unfortunately the people printing this book were clearly careless

After ordering stationery for a few Christmas gifts, it clearly stated on the website that it would arrive in time for Christmas. I received an email on 12/18 saying it had been shipped and would be delivered on 12/24...then 12/25...then 12/26. It has still not been delivered and the date has now changed from 12/24 to 1/2/25. After contacting customer support I was met with a rude agent that said it was always going to arrive 1/2/25, no type of resolution just shifting the blame onto the customer. Will never order from this company again, very disappointing experience.

Poor customer service, I was lied to and had documentation. They kept giving me the run around until the product (gift) was delivered 2 weeks late. Kept telling me they would refund it because it didn't arrive on time, but they did not and asked if I wanted a refund in every message. In every message I detailed the late delivery and affirmed I wanted a refund. I never received one. When the product finally arrived, I was told I could only have a refund if I returned the item. Then, to top it off, items were missing from the order and it was extremely overpriced for the poor quality of the items received. I will never recommend or order from them again!

Was very excited for my new planner, paid for the expedited shipping. It arrived earlier than estimated which was awesome! Unfortunately I despise this planner and won’t be using. The set up was not what I expected and the pages are see through. I should have got an unpersonalized planner to start, so returning was an option but I was expecting to love it based on reviews. A very expensive mistake.

A month after I ordered my item, they reordered it, which means that my order will be arriving in two months. It was supposed to be a gift. Way late... and no explanation or compensation... my last time ordering from papier! I do not recommend it to anyone!

Unfortunately I am not happy with the Papier calendar experience, the delivery was slow and the fact that a calendar had the wrong dates in the grid was upsetting. I am still waiting for the replacement calendars and am not sure when they will arrive, no update has been given.
