I ordered a diary as a Christmas gift on the 6th December, with an estimated delivery date of 16th. Still not been dispatched… I emailed and they’re refunding me postage but I still don’t have a delivery date and have to buy another gift because who knows when it’ll arrive!! Disappointed & out of pocket, my friend however will be over the moon with two gifts 🎁

My order was due to be sent on the 11th December and due to arrive on 19th December. It’s now not due until the 23rd. We will now be away and won’t receive it in time. It’s for Christmas presents. I’m extremely disappointed!! I can’t even begin to explain how upset and angry I am!

I ordered a customized recipe journal for my sister for christmas and it was due to be delivered dec 10 apparently but it still says on its way on the UPS website and won’t update a delivery date

My Christmas card order hasn't been delivered, the tracking into just says that DPD are waiting for the package and no one from Papier will respond to me. I've used them before with no problems but this is a disaster. There is no phone number to call so I keen on emailing to no avail.

I cannot get hold of anyone - I ordered a gift 3 weeks ago - it says it was due to be delivered 4 days ago. There is no tracking and if you call it says to chat, live agents not available - awaiting an email and worried about £100 worth of gifts not being sent. Terrible terrible service and no gifts!

We ordered a sample save the date and loved it. Our order was delayed due to an issue with the printer, then once it arrived there was a clear fault with the save the date with a pink line through the centre of the card. We were provided with a re-printed batch, but these are still not the same as the origional sample we had ordered. The customer service were great, but we will most likely order wedding invitations fom else where.

Products are great. But that’s if you can receive them. They’ve unfortunately picked the absolute worst courier company in Australia called “Couriers Please”. If you’ve had the unfortunate experience of having someone delivered (if at all) by this company, then you’ll know what I’m talking about. I ordered 2 weeks ago, Couriers Please said they delivered it, no photo evidence, no description where they left it, nothing. You cannot call them, instead fill out a form on their website and wait for a call back. It’s been 5 days and no one has contacted me. I told Papier and they asked me if “have I checked the delivery location?” — sorry, are you serious? Why would I report it as missing if I hadn’t. Amazing. I’m still waiting for a re-order. Couriers Please will not contact you, if it’s lost, you simply have to hope Papier will reorder for you. Papier, out of respect for your customers, choose a better courier Company instead of the cheapest.

Am only giving the low mark, because p ordered November 23rd and they shipped UPS and tracking has it in Canada, I reached out to Papier, they told me 10th December it would be delivered by the 10th of de ember but the UPS tracking still has it arrived Canada but no movement. Am concerned I will not receive this at all or in time for christmas.

Cover is pretty but that’s about it. Paper is so extremely thin that it leaves this planner useless. The way it is laid out is also awful. Why would the month and the weeks of that month be separated? Makes 0 sense

While their FAQ's warn that the photos will not look the same in the photobook as on a backlit screen, the quality difference between the photos as shown on their app and in the book is dramatic. My photos met their quality guidance when I uploaded, were still sharp and clear zoomed to 150% etc, looked fine in their app but the photos in the photobook are grainy, blurred and very poor quality. When speaking with Support, they just keep copying and pasting the same prewritten responses about backlit screens and saying the photos uploaded weren't good enough quality. Apart from the photo quality issues, the book is very small and unimpressive. I got the large (and added a large number of extra pages), which was described as a coffee table album; it's small and thin and wouldn't look good on the coffee table. I would not order from here again and will be looking elsewhere to get the rest of my photo albums printed. The quality for the price is very poor.

Very poor quality for the amount you pay. I had to beg for my money back to several members of staff. There’s lots of better stores to go to!

Disappointed with the rollerball pen and refills. Be warned: the tip of the pen is very rough on paper, offering zero smoothness, which completely ruins any pleasure in using it. It’s not worth the money - many cheaper alternatives perform much better.

Dissappointed. I uploaded a high quality photo but the resolution on the resulting card was grainy and poor. I ordered like 100 of these so money completely wasted.

Didn’t end up getting my order, I cancelled and got my money back as it was taking too long. Kept getting told about the delays didn’t even bother to offer a slight discount I had to ask for my postage back. No clear understand of how long it would actually take.

BEWARE! Papier do not recognise the consumer rights contained in the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This entitles consumers to a refund if an item purchased on line is returned within 14 days provided it is not personalised. I have been refused a refund for a diary WHICH HAS NO PERSONALISATION and have only received patronising emails confirming the refusal to refund. Won't be buying from Papier again.
