The covers are extremely cute, versatile, and beautifully customizable. But that's where the good features end. First off, this planner is poorly described. Based on the images on the website, you can see that this planner has monthly calendars, monthly overviews, weekly spreads, and blank lined pages. The way the website showcases makes you think that all the spreads of the same month are grouped together. So you expect: January calendar, January overview (goals, to-do's etc) blank lined page, weekly overview for the entire month, repeat with February etc. This is not the case. The order of these spreads is all the monthly calendar spreads are grouped together, then all the monthly overviews are grouped together, then all the weekly overviews for all the months are grouped together, with the months not even separated, then the blank lined pages at the end. This order is extremely illogical, cumbersome, and time consuming, defeating the entire purpose of a planner. Customer service were kind and responsive, though I didn't get the feedback I wanted or expected. I had to negotiate a discount and no future solution to properly display or announce the order of planner layouts was announced. Instead I was told this was the best format. As an avid planner user of 12+ years, I have never seen a layout like this... because it doesn't work! In addition to the (stupid) order of the planner's content, it is extremely stiff, meaning you have to really press down on the pages as you're righting. The planner does not remain open on the desired page, like a regular, high-quality, $40 planner. Even flipping pages requires effort to press down and prevent them from flipping back. To get my planner to stay relatively open to the same page range, I have to bend and press and do gymnastics with the book and apply so much weight to force it open... and it still doesn't because the fault lies in the design. It's so stiff that I even considered taking it to Office Max and cutting the bind to add coils, but I already spent ~$40, it doesn't deserve more. Besides the binding, the paper quality and color are less than satisfactory. The GSM on this is hideous, and the pages bleed with any ink or highlighter use. To conclude, planners have been increasing in price and demand, as you would expect the quality would be increased as well. Not in the case of Papier. The price and quality are inversely proportional. Although I received an unremarkable discount after expressing my dissatisfaction with the product, I genuinely hate using my planner every day, because spending nearly $40 on it makes me do so. If all you care about is how cute your planner looks, then look no further than their vast selection. If you actually have practical use for your planner (i.e your sanity depends on it and it goes everywhere with you), DO NOT purchase your next planner from Papier.

Hi there - thank you for your review! I’m so sorry to hear you don’t like the setup of the 2022 diary! We originally developed our 2021 diaries in a different format due to consistent customer feedback on our 2020 diaries, asking for a clearer ‘month end’ setup in 2021 whereby months not finishing on a Sunday have the rest of the week on either side of the lists page, to allow for easier planning and simpler continuation month on month. Previously, our customers found that events in the second half of a week which fell over the end of the month were getting lost on later pages (after the list page), hence us making this change. The new setup gives you the option to plan your events and days either on the end of month week, or start of month week depending on your preference, and you can simply cross off whichever set you prefer not to use. However, following further feedback from customers regarding issues with this new format, we have reverted back to our original setup for our 2022 diaries. Apologies again for any disappointment caused and do let me know if you have any further queries. If you have any further queries, please do get in touch on support@papier.com Best Wishes, Alicia

Price was reasonable for the product I received and the customization is beautiful. It arrived promptly and I did not have any issues with shipping. The paper quality is great and I love the simple design. The reason for the mediocre review is the layout - it does not make sense. All of the monthly calendar pages are in the beginning of the book, followed by all of the monthly goal pages, and then finally all of the weekly agenda pages. I don’t understand why the monthly calendar/goal pages don’t come before the corresponding weekly pages. Also, there is only one bookmark string so how am I supposed to bookmark both the month and the week page if there on opposite sides of the book? Ultimately I really love this planner - it’s well-made, there’s space for notes, goals, important dates, everything I look for in a planner! I just really hope they change the page order so I can buy it again next year.

Not very impressed with the quality of shipping provided by papier. The save the dates we ordered were jammed into a small box. Due to the small box we received all of the envelopes bent. I also noticed how off centered two of the lines were, even when using the center tool. I should have caught this while editing but it was more noticeable when we received the save the dates in person. For the price I really expected better quality and better shipping.

Have used Papier for a good few years and created about 4 phonebooks, along with diaries for the last 2 years. They were always good and reliable. But lately I have been unable to access designs I am working on - I have had to delete several and start again. I once again cannot access my latest design, even though I can access old ones that are 3 times the size which I created a year ago. Sadly have to look for a new phonebook supplier as I have wasted hours creating books that I cannot ever print. A real shame. Tread carefully with using them as an option to create phonebooks. Great for everything else.

Bought my first productivity planner from papier about 3 months ago and I was absolutely blown away by the quality of both the paper, hardcover, and ribbon. Since I am almost done with my planner I decided to purchase another one ahead of time just so I have it in hand. I cannot express how disappointed I am at the quality change between the 1st planner and the one I have just recieved. The paper is now much more thinner and the ink bleeds through the paper. The paper is not as smooth and thick as the previous ones as well. The ribbon now is less silky and much more course to the feel. Overall , the quality of the new planner feels relatively cheap despite no price difference. Really disappointed in papier this time around, Please bring back the original quality. Thank you for letting us know your feedback with regards to the whiter paper, we will of course take it into account. Papier Customer Service Team

I received my card after a second attempt and, bearing in mind this was a thank you card that now needs to be sent on, is now very overdue. When it did arrive it is printed very well but delivered in such a soft envelope that it has been bent and curled in the post, which means it doesn't look great. Will now have to try to flatten it before sending on.

The website and product range is great and I was excited to shop here but I ordered two cards and they were both quite grainy and low resolution. It’s a shame because the paper itself is lovely quality, the brand is lovely, but I wouldn’t shop here again because the cards themselves kind of look like I’ve printed them at home. This was a problem on a regular design and also a photo upload card, and the text on both was also grainy. For the price you pay - comparable with paperchase, joy, Etsy etc - the quality isn’t good enough, I’d just use the other shops for future cards :/

I have to be honest and say I'm really disappointed by the quality of my daily planner. The design is excellent, excellent cover design choices, and excellent fonts and layout within. However, I was expecting a cover that didn't feel like any old £2 tesco notebook, and design aside, that is very much what this one is. The paper is thick, but doesn't feel especially nice to write on. I was hoping for better for a £25 planner. Maybe using it it'll become indispensable but so far I'm really underwhelmed.

Bought the mid-year calendar and it's awful. I hate it. All views are grouped together which makes it really difficult to navigate. Monthly views are at the beginning, the goals are in the middle and the weekly views are at the end. It's such an awful user experience. You need to flip through pages to find what you want. Ugh.. plus the paper is so thin that you can see through. Such a waste of money.

First of all, I really wanted to love this planner. I love the design and thought it was super cute. Shipping was reasonable, it took about a week. However, once I got it and looked inside I realized how funky the layout was. All of the monthly overviews are in one section and the monthly days are in another. So when you are writing in the monthly calendar you have to manually flip to the actual day to write it in because there is only one bookmark. I could put a post it where I need it so that I don’t have to flip, but for how much I paid for the planner I’d expect that wouldn’t be necessary. Overall bummed about my experience, but I learned my lesson to not order a planner online. One star for the quick shipping and one star for the pretty design.

Thanks for your feedback! After receiving lots of customer feedback regarding our 2021 diary layout, we decided to revert back to our original format, with the monthly goals pages grouped before the 52 weeks of the year, to avoid confusion caused by duplicate pages. I am sorry to hear this has not been best for your needs on this occasion. Best wishes, Alicia

I have ordered another daily planner (which I love), third one this year, but I am very sorry to say it's not been the same quality as before... Hardback seems like it doesn't fit well with inside, quality of paper is much worse then I received before (twice) you can actually see print through the page. I'm used to highest quality from Papier and I love the design of planner itself. It's just the finish of the product it's a bit disappointing.

The prints were late and didn't arrive in time for our wedding, even if we paid extra for the quickest shipping. There wasn't any tracking information sent to us. The quality of prints was mixed - the menus came out great, but the name cards were mixed in with someone else's order and we had to weed them out. Customer service is generally unavailable to the U.S. because of the time difference, and they don't have anyone on hand to deal with urgent issues (like your prints not being delivered the date it stated in the email / what you're paying for).

Beautiful diary, but every time a month ends in the middle of the week, it duplicates that week causing met to miss events/double book things. Also the pages don't lie flat enough when open for me to easily write.

I'm not sure what I expected, and I was super excited to order from here for forever because of all the pretty options for notebooks, but...the planner I received was the leopard, daily planner. The quality of the paper I was a little surprised with. It is very thin and the thin, light pen I was using I can't even use because it bleeds. I have to use a pencil with this paper. Also, the quality of the outside material seems cheap to me? I didn't get the foiled so i'm not sure if that seems or feels better. Maybe it's the print that makes it look cheap but it doesn't look high-end like i thought these would be. I know there is a ton of great reviews but i really don't think me putting my name on this and the quality of the product was worth 36$ (including shipping). I probably wouldn't purchase from here for planners again, maybe a notebook, but i can find just as cute notebooks in marshalls, tjmax or on amazon. Super unfortunate because i love all of the patterns on this website, but i just didn't feel or see the quality I thought I'd receive.

I ordered this planner thinking it would start in July 2021 and be a regular planner. Instead it starts in August 2021 and is semester-based (assuming the user is a student). If I had realized that I would have probably gotten the Daily Planner since I don't need fields like "semester" or "class schedule." I find it weird that something so obviously geared towards students was not marked as such in the product description. https://www.papier.com/us/animal-kingdom-35681 Just some feedback to make the description more accurately match the product.

I got a mid year planner and it’s is a really cute idea but I found it to be lacking overall. I love the size and shape and also the design on of the inside pages but that’s about it. It also came super quickly so that’s a plus. I purchased a book with gold foil and the foil is not done very well. The very Center foil which is the one you manly see has a big line through it where foil is missing. I know it’s not intentional because the other stars are mostly fine. There are a few other places where the foil is scratched. I knew that the calendars were all clustered at the beginning of the book but in videos I saw that the month lists view were throughout the book mixed in with the week pages. However in the book I received they are all clustered at the front AFTER all the calendars. This means that there are three separate sections in the book that go through the entire year each time. It’s really poor design in my opinion since I don’t want to have to go to three different places for each month. Papier could avoid this problem by clearly documenting on the webpage the exact order of the pages and layout. I also found once you open the book so it lays flat then the cover doesn’t actually close properly when it’s closed. So when it sits on your desk the cover hangs open on the air a bit. I really love the concept but it’s just not executed well sadly. Because of these reasons I don’t think I’ll be even using it which is a shame because I can’t return it. It’s fair because it’s been personalized with my name but the quality is a bummer.

Love the look of my planner & how sturdy it feels; although, I really would’ve thought the quality of the paper would’ve been better. I’m so disappointed the paper bleeds through so easily. A singular swipe of a highlighter & it shows on the other side! Even writing with a ballpoint pen, it bleeds through. I really needed something to keep my work schedule neat & easy to read... but now I don’t think I’m going to use this. Can’t believe I paid $30 for this cute junk.
